Aoibhinn Samantha

 It has been a while since I posted as we have had a new addition to the family. Aoibhinn Samantha was born 11/26/2012 at 5:31pm. She was 20.5 inches and a 7lb 4oz. I was shocked that she was so big as I had trouble gaining weight this pregnancy and the doctors were concerned she was very small. I was very lucky that it was a very quick delivery after a little drama wondering if Daddy would make it in time to see her born.

 We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful family. I was so proud of how well the Fionn and Saoirse responded to the new baby. Lets hope it continues when she is messing with all their toys.

Fionn was very excited to be going back to Tioronda and Saoirse didn't want to miss out either.
My little boy is growing up quickly. He finally decided it was time to say goodbye to his soothie, which took me completely by surprise. He just said to me last week "I dont want my soothie" and that was it . It does make me a little sad but I am so glad we didnt have to battle it out with him.

Dress up

The kids love to play dress up with hats, sunglasses and costumes. Some of my favorite photos.

Saoirse's 2nd Birthday.

I cannot believe my beautiful little girl is turning 2 already. Time has flown. Saoirse is a very spirited and energetic little girl. She is very friendly and likes to be the center of attention. She loves to sing and dance , but especially likes books. She really loves dogs and wants to play with them all the time. Her favorite toys right now are a little dog and a strawberry shortcake doll. She calls Fionn "Boy" because she cannot say Fionn.

Saoirse loves balloons so we started her birthday out with lots of balloons to play with.

We then had a birthday party playdate with all the childrens friends and had the bouncy castle for them to play in.They had such a marvelous time.

Finally we had the part the kids were waiting for, some delicious chocolate cupcakes.

                             After everyone left Saoirse just wanted to play with the toys.

Fionn's Graduation

We had a wonderful day celebrating Fionn's preschool graduation at Tioronda kids.It was gerat to hear the kidssing songs they had learned through out the year and then stand at the podium to receive their diplomas. I did get a little teary when Fionn received his as he is starting to grow up into a marvelous young boy.

Strawberry Picking

Every year we plan a trip to Lawrence Orchard farm to do some strawberry picking. The children did really well picking some very tasty strawberries and also alot of sampling to make sure we wer getting the very sweetest there were.

Sunny afternoon

We were really blessed with some great weather towards the end of our visit and I think the kids favorite activity was to play with the water bucket in the backyard and water all the plants.

We had such a great vacation and the kids were so happy to be with their grandparents. Tim's parents were so wonderful in taking care of all of us while we were staying with them and making sure that we all had an enjoyable vacation. I really feel blessed to have such a loving, generous family.
